Terms & Conditions
Our terms and conditions are based on Dutch legislation. These terms and conditions, delivery terms and payment terms apply to all orders placed via www.youroni.com. ONI is a registered trademark of Research Rebels Benelux in Maasdijk, The Netherlands. Registration number: 272.856.95, VAT number: NL17948605B01.

1. In general
1-1 These terms and conditions are applicable to all our deliveries and services.
1-2 Dutch legislation is applicable to all rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements connected to this website as to these terms and conditions.
1-3 Declination to these conditions is only binding when they are confirmed written by ONI. The remaining conditions remain in force unabridged.
1-4 ONI maintains the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
1-5 By ordering or accepting an offer you declare to accept these conditions.
1-6 ONI can enlist a third party to handle your order. These conditions remain applicable.

2. Pricing
2-1 All pricing is in Euro’s, UK pounds or US dollars, incl. BTW / VAT and excluding a shipment and handling fee.
2-2 The purchase price is the applicable price at the day of ordering on the web. Possible mistakes in pricing, such as reasonable mistakes, may always be corrected by ONI, even after the agreement to purchase. 
2-3 Delivery costs are not included in the purchase price per ONI.
2-4 All prices are subject to change.

3. Handeling and delivery fee
3-1 For shipment of our handbag holders ONI will charge you with a handling and delivery fee.
3-2 The fee for handling and delivery within the Netherlands is €2,50 per ONI. For handling and delivery outside the Netherlands and within Europe, we charge €3,50 per ONI. Handling and delivery fees outside Europe are available on request. Please send an email to contact@youroni.com.

4. Offers / agreements
4-1 All offers on the ONI website are valid as long as we have items in stock.
4-2 An offer placed by a potential buyer is considerate done, under the following circumstances:
- the potential buyer has indicated which product he/she would like to receive;
- the potential buyer has completed the order form fully and truthfully, has sent it via the internet and the data has been received by ONI.
4-3 An agreement has been reached from the moment ONI has send you (the buyer) a confirmation of your order to the email address you have provided us with on the ONI website.
4-4 ONI emphasizes that by using electronic forms of communication, a legally valid agreement has been reached, once the conditions described in article 4-2 and 4-3 are applicable. The lack of a written signature does not have an impact on the agreement and the acceptance of it. Within legal boundaries the electronic data / files that ONI has available can be used as proof of the agreement.
4-5 Information, photo material, information obtained over the phone or email and all information regarding our products are supplied with most care. ONI does not guarantee that all offers and products are in compliance with the given information. Deviations cannot be a reason for a claim or cancellation of the agreement.
4-6 ONI can refuse your order if necessary, or apply additional conditions to it. ONI will inform you within 10 working days after receiving your order.

5. Payment
5-1 Once we have received your order, you will receive confirmation of your order from ONI via email. One email which includes a summary of the delivery, the address and an order number and one email to confirm your payment.
5-2 Your order will be shipped from the Netherlands, as soon as we have received a confirmation of your payment (including the shipping and handling fee) from our secured payment service provider (Ogone).
5-3 ONI / Research Rebels maintain the rights to expand or change the online payment methods in the future. We will inform you via our website.
5-4 In case of late payments, ONI maintains the right to immediately dissolute the agreement or suspend the delivery until payment has been completed.

6. Delivery
6-1 Orders will be shipped and delivered as soon as possible. Within the Netherlands ONI strives to deliver your order to the postal address which you stated via our website within three working days. For other European countries we try to do so within five to eight working days.
6-2 Within the Netherlands TNT Post usually delivers the next day. For other European countries TNT Postal Services can deliver within five to eight working days.
6-3 ONI is not liable for crossing the indicated delivery time.
6-4 We will inform you as soon as possible should a product be out of stock via email or telephone.

7. Return and exchange policy
7-1 ONI does its best to deliver you a perfect product. Should you be not satisfied, you are able to return your product to us within 7 working days.
7-2 This is only possible if you let us know via email (order@youroni.com) and quote your purchase order number.
7-3 After receipt of your returned product, ONI will refund your payment (excluding shipment costs for returning your product) within 7 days.
7-4 If you are dissatisfied with the ONI you have chosen and would like to exchange your ONI, this is possible. Please send us an email (order@youroni.com) and quote your purchase order number. You may exchange the ONI within 7 working days based on shared shipment costs.
7-5. We cannot take your product back in case:
- you have tried to modify any damages yourself.
- you have not taken the instructions of use into account.

8. Liability
8-1 ONI cannot be held responsible or liable for damage occurred by the use of our products. We cannot be held responsible for any damage, physically, tangible or intangible damages related to the abuse or wrongful use of products sold by us.
8-2 If it is established that ONI is liable for any damage, liability will be maximized to the net invoice sum of the order (invoice value minus VAT, shipment costs or other net price increasing factors).
8-3 The content of this website has been put together with great care. ONI cannot exclude that certain information is not up to date or not complete. ONI is not liable for any consequences this might bare.
8-4 ONI cannot be held responsible for any differences in colours as a direct result of the quality of your computer screen.
8-5 ONI is not responsible or liable for possible consequences because of a delay in delivery of your order or any typing mistakes made by the client whilst filling out the order page on our website.

9. Force majeure
9-1 ONI is not liable to fulfil any commitments to the customer if prevented by force majeure, the obligation will be suspended for the durance of the force majeure.
9-2 Force majeure includes every serious circumstance, overruling our wants, with the consequence that the obligations towards our buyers are (partially) disrupted. Force majeure includes strikes, fires, and disruptions in businesses, power malfunctions, and in delivery by manufacturers or other third parties. Force majeure also includes malfunctions in the telecommunications network or connection or the unavailability of our website at any given time.

10. Intellectual and industrial ownership
10-1 Customer has to respect all intellectual and industrial ownership rights which rest on this website, products and services provided by ONI.
10-2 Intellectual and industrial ownership enhances patent, author, brand, drawings and model rights.
10-3 It is forbidden to copy, publish, reproduce or use texts and / or image material from this website in any other way without written permission, unless it is for private use related to the ONI product(s) itself.

11. Privacy
All details provided by you to ONI will not be given to third parties or used for commercial purposes, unless it is necessary for delivery of your order or for the payment transaction. They will only be used to ship the purchased item or to contact you about your order.
